Job DescriptionThe Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President – Employee Health & Benefits (Wellness) will be responsible for collaborating with customers to design and implement organizational health risk management and wellness programs. This involves preparing implementation plans, defining roles, and bringing in suitable health management vendors.
The role requires designing and planning every aspect of the health risk management program implementation, including supervising the launch of these programs, overseeing the operation of all health risk management projects, and making adjustments as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with general consultants and business development staff to strategize approaches for targeting clients and support overall client relationship building and management, while leading the health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
An essential part of this role is identifying opportunities to cross-sell projects and services to current clients, as well as managing assigned health risk management/H&W consulting projects. The selected individual will also be responsible for structuring customer proposal formats for health risk management and wellness consulting projects, setting up data analysis structures and methodologies, and undertaking organizational health risk data analysis.
