Key Role in Health Risk Management Strategy.

Job Position

Design, develop and execute comprehensive health risk management strategies for our esteemed clients. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week, with flexibility to adjust according to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to craft organizational health risk management programs tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective plans for program execution, define roles of responsible parties, and select suitable vendors.
  • Lead the design and planning of every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee the operation of all health risk management projects, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Manage multiple HRM/H&W consulting client engagements simultaneously.
  • Foster trusted relationships with client contacts through timely advice and efficient project execution.
  • Work collaboratively with general consultants and business development staff to strategize on approaching target clients.
  • Support overall client relationship building and management while leading health risk management consulting and health risk management programs.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive proposals for target clients with other consultants.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling projects and services to current clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess an MBA from a reputable Business School.
  • Hold 5+ years of proven working experience in the General insurance industry.
  • Be able to manage diverse client cultures effectively, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Have strong Corporate Relationship Management/Business Solution Provider skills from a service background.
  • Domain Knowledge, particularly in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance is essential.
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is beneficial but not mandatory.
