Join us in our quest for excellence as a Health Risk Management Consultant. We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with clients and design organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

We need someone who can prepare implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors. You will also be responsible for supervising the launch of health risk management programs, overseeing their operation, and making changes in design and/or vendors as necessary.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach. If you have a proven track record in General insurance industry and domain knowledge, especially in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, handling sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity. You will also adapt to dynamic priorities and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement organizational health risk management and wellness programs.
  • Prepare implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors.
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs, oversee their operation, and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, handling sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Adapt to dynamic priorities and work independently when needed.
  • Develop a trusted and strong consultant relationship with client contacts through timely and efficient execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in General insurance industry.
  • Domain knowledge, especially in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
