The Airport Representative will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and coordinated experience for our guests. This includes liaising with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

The Airport Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes welcoming and escorting guests, authorizing courtesies for VIPs, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

The Airport Representative will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, coordinating group arrivals and departures, and addressing any questions or concerns guests may have regarding room accommodations and rates.

The Airport Representative will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office, including the lobby, corridors, main staircase, and driveaway. They will also be responsible for assisting other departments in case of an emergency.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or resort. They will also be fluent in both written and spoken English, well-presented, and outgoing with a friendly attitude.

This role is not suitable for remote work.
