
Executive Director of Private Wealth

Seeking a seasoned wealth management expert to oversee a high-net-worth portfolio, providing comprehensive investment advisory services and strategic solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong personal networks, in-depth product knowledge, and a proven track record of building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, their family offices, and senior professionals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
- Regularly review client portfolios, offering tailored solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
Wealth Advisory & Solutions:
- Advise clients on a wide range of investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
- Provide customized wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve assets under management (AUM) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the organization's wealth management and third-party product suite.
- Leverage existing relationships to grow the client base through referrals and networking.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
- Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to organizational policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
- 12-18 years of experience in wealth management/private banking with a reputable organization.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
- Established network of high-net-worth clients in the region.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
- High integrity with a client-first mindset.
