**Job Description**We are seeking a seasoned Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a proven track record in wealth management and client relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian financial market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide holistic financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through proactive communication and trust-building.* Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.* Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to inform investment decisions.* Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.* Design and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives.* Monitor and review financial plans regularly to ensure they remain aligned with clients' changing circumstances.
Requirements:* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.* Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) India or equivalent recognized body (preferred).* Additional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) are a plus.* Minimum 5 years of total experience in financial planning and wealth management in India.* At least 3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.* Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth client relationships and growing assets under management (AUM).* Strong knowledge of Indian financial products, tax laws, and investment vehicles.* Expertise in financial planning tools and software.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.* Analytical mindset with proficiency in portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and market research.
