Job Summary

Lead a team as a specialist in investments and drive process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Mumbai team.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including fund administrators, investment managers, and auditors.
  • Initiate and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different locations.
  • Review financial statements and fund reports.
  • Execute investor capital calls and distributions.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporting procedures.
  • Provide on-boarding and refresher training for team members.
  • Research and interpret investment regulations and fund structures.
  • Cover work items during times of absence.
  • Challenge and encourage team members to improve processes.
  • Oversee reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure scrutiny and reconciliation of service provider calculations.
  • Support the NAV monitoring process.
  • Address exception reporting for cash breaks and position breaks.
