We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Analyst and Team Lead for Investment Banking Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing, brokerage, trade reporting, regulatory reporting, reference data, corporate actions, and security lending operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independently handling clients and client calls to establish strong relationships.
  • Escalating issues to internal managers to bring attention to critical matters.
  • Building expertise and leading by example.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices within the teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with client partners to improve processes and controls, monitoring and capturing data from global functional teams. They must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 2-5.5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 10 members, and good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.

Preferred qualifications include the ability to manage tasks with minimal direction, acting fast and decisively in critical situations, willingness to learn and upgrade skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
