Job Overview

This role is responsible for integrating SAP HR and SAP SF, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. As a key team member, you will be expected to analyze symptoms, define problems, and provide solutions while maintaining effective problem management and consulting skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integrate SAP HR and SAP SF for streamlined operations.
  • Support change requests and existing productive functionalities.
  • Analyze symptoms, define problems, and provide solutions.
  • Manage problems effectively and consult with stakeholders.
  • Deliver solutions according to service level agreements.
  • Complete documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Conduct end-user trainings.
  • Collaborate with consultants across modules and the global team.
  • Support testing for global projects.
RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification in SAP SF is mandatory.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a SAP SF consultant in full life cycles of SAP SF implementation projects.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound interfaces is essential.
  • Minimum 12 years of functional experience in the area of HR.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in ITIL processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Competencies
  • SAP ECC HR and SAP SF EC (Employee Central) experience is desirable.
  • Strong customer service approach with logical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent configuration knowledge in accordance with solution design.
  • Able to train user communities.
  • Able to create test plans, test scripts, and cutover activities.
  • Good communication/presentation skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliable and cooperative team player with consideration and respect for others.
  • Able to handle stressful situations with tact, patience, and composure.
  • Demonstrates competence and character that inspires trust.
