Job Summary

The role of Network Engineer is to guarantee seamless network services in line with our service level agreements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this position.
  • Familiarity with Cisco products such as switches, routers, Access points and firewalls is necessary.
  • Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP is also essential.
  • Ticket management, network optimization, capacity planning, regular assessment and tuning, troubleshooting and vendor escalation are key responsibilities.

This challenging and rewarding role requires a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.



About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer who can ensure the smooth operation of our network services.

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
  • Proven experience working with Cisco products is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP is necessary.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing network tickets, optimizing performance, ensuring adequate capacity planning, performing regular assessments, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems to vendors.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage network tickets and escalate issues to vendors when necessary.
  • Optimize network performance by implementing efficient routing protocols and QOS policies.
  • Plan and implement capacity upgrades to ensure network scalability.
  • Perform regular network assessments to identify potential issues and optimize network performance.
  • Troubleshoot network problems and resolve issues promptly.
