Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Implementation, and Optimization: LAN, VAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks are designed, implemented, maintained, and optimized by our team members.
  • Configuration Management: Routers, switches, firewalls, and access points are configured to ensure seamless network operations.
Network Performance and Security
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Network performance is continuously monitored, and connectivity issues are promptly addressed by our experts.
  • Security Measures: Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols are implemented to safeguard our network.
Collaboration and Compliance
  • ISPs and Vendor Collaboration: Regular collaboration with ISPs and vendors ensures reliable Internet connectivity for our organization.
  • Security Policies and Procedures: Industry-standard security policies and procedures are enforced to protect our services and networks.
  • Vulnerability Assessments: Regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing are conducted to identify potential threats.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Our network operations comply with industry regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Server Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems is essential for this role.
  • Networking Protocols: Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms is highly desirable.
Problem-Solving and Communication
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues using an analytical mindset and root cause analysis techniques.
