Job Title: Corporate Learning Strategist

As a seasoned learning and development expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that drive growth and excellence. With your strategic acumen and expertise in talent development, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored solutions that meet the current and future needs of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis (TNA) and training need identification (TNI) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Design and recommend innovative learning interventions that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and partner with key stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams in L&D planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.
  • Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage strategic initiatives with limited oversight.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
