About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a customer service professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice channels, providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining professionalism.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Korean (spoken & written), have prior experience in customer service or call center operations, and possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

Additional requirements include good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be willing to work in rotational shifts and have basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Korean (spoken & written).
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • BASIC computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, banking, or technical support.
  • Certification in Korean language proficiency.
