Debts and Banking Manager

This role involves managing debt funds, raising long-term capital, and coordinating with banks and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT, and a degree in Masters or CA with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit loan proposals to banks and financial institutions.
  • Prepare cash flows and business plans for various projects.
  • Maintain and circulate MIS on proposals and existing debts.
  • Assist in restructuring and pooling of group assets for fund-raising.
  • Leverage existing banking relationships for structured fund-raising.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with banks, FIs, investors, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Handle loan trackers, repayment schedules, interest history, and other management reports.
  • Support the execution of loan documents and coordinate with lenders, advocates, consultants, and auditors.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Masters or CA with 6-8 years or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
