Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve chargeback discrepancies through meticulous research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal sales teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Supervise supplier compliance with contractual obligations and production trends.
  • Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise using critical thinking and data analysis.
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements based on analytical findings.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field.
  • Experience working with ERP and workflow solutions.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in contract administration, reconciliations, and problem-solving.
  • Experience supervising customer compliance and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proven ability to identify gaps in business operations and offer potential solutions.
