About Bombay Trooper:
We are a fashion and accessories brand that focuses on travel, leisure, performance, and outdoors. Our products, such as unisize pants called Hoppers and canvas backpacks made from recycled canvas, have defined categories in the market.
About The Role:
As a Customer Support Executive at Bombay Trooper, you will be the voice of our brand, engaging with our community of travel enthusiasts, adventurers, and eco-conscious customers. You will assist customers through various channels, answering their queries, resolving issues, and helping them find the right products. Whether they're asking about our iconic Hoppers or our recycled Terra Nova backpacks, you'll ensure every interaction leaves them with a positive experience.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Bombay Trooper at our office in Mumbai.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Speaks fluent English
- Is proficient in Excel & Spreadsheets
- Is a self-governed, self-disciplined individual who does not need over-seeing
- Has a charming & friendly personality
- Understands brand image and holds true to that
- Loves to travel and make friends
- Does not have to commute more than 45 minutes to reach our office
- Likes the products we make and loves to talk about them
- Pays attention to details
