About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jio Haptik Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via various communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Analyze and report product discrepancies to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and good typing skills.
