We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jio Haptik Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
- Analyze and report product discrepancies to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and good typing skills.
