Senior Leadership Role for India Revenue Growth and Client Portfolio Expansion

This senior leadership role involves full ownership of the India P&L, encompassing direct and channel sales, customer success, and field marketing.

  • Owning revenue targets, growth strategy, and profitability for the India business is a key responsibility in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading high-performing B2B field sales teams to drive results and expansion.
  • Managing strategic accounts with a focus on renewals, expansion, and upselling to maximize revenue.
  • Building partner alliances with cloud providers and solution integrators to enhance offerings.
  • Overseeing enterprise deal negotiations and complex client engagements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Developing and optimizing sales processes and pipeline metrics to improve performance.
  • Driving customer-centric strategy in collaboration with product and delivery teams to meet client needs.
  • Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to promote brand awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within cloud services or SaaS is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenues and manage large customer portfolios is critical.
  • Expertise in cloud ecosystem partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and FinOps models is necessary.
  • Strong track record of leading high-ticket enterprise sales and cross-functional collaboration is required.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and regional expansion is vital.
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
