Job Title: Presales Back Office Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our sales and service team with documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and presales operations. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales documents, quotations, and client proposals by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information for data-driven decision making.
  • Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and presales activities to inform business decisions.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the sales team to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in presales / sales coordination / back-office support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
