We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team at Zen Linen International Pvt. Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Performance Management process, developing and maintaining Job Descriptions, and coordinating Reward & Recognition programs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create employee engagement programs that connect employees with business goals.
- Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data analysis and management reporting methods to support business decision-making.
- Create effective strategic planning methods to drive organizational success.
- Implement organisational effectiveness interventions to improve employee performance and well-being.
- Create competency models to support talent development and succession planning.
- Develop team building exercises and workshops to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Help employees create project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop methods of measuring performance management aligns with organisational goals.
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance to drive employee accountability.
- Ensure manpower availability in line with business needs by implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalize talent acquisition budgets in coordination with functional heads.
- Drive the recruitment strategy of the organization at all levels to attract top talent.
- Review roles and grade structures on an ongoing basis to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
- Oversee the overall training and development needs of the organisation.
- Support the Training Head in identifying training needs and implementing training programs for technical and behavioral aspects.
- Design a compensation structure in line with industry practices and organisation requirements.
- Ensure efficient delivery of pay through robust, transparent, and legally compliant processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/MSW - HR from a reputed institute with 10 years of related experience in Retail Sector, Service sector, and Manufacture sector.
- Structured governance and business case development.
- Developing advanced workforce planning capabilities.
- Implementing the 'right' HR philosophies.
- Reducing administrative work for HR business partners.
- Implementing flexible HR organisation design.
