Job Description

Manage a team of 10 members to provide round-the-clock support for a Remittance product. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, identify and resolve problems, and consult subject matter experts as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in rotational shifts, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AI and implementing AI workflows using NCLC tools like n8n (no-code/low-code tools)
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries and Unix commands
  • Experience with automated jobs, troubleshooting production issues, and network-related issues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
