Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive legal professional to join our contract management team.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts, ensuring accuracy, legal soundness, and compliance with internal standards and policies.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on contractual terms.

Secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams for both draft and final contract versions. Ensure timely completion to prevent execution delays.

Regularly follow up with requesters and stakeholders to track contract progress, obtain pending inputs, and ensure timely action. Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the process.

Maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes. Ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to provide updates, resolve issues, and work effectively across teams and organizational levels.

Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in contract management tools.

Be a reliable, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Law
  • Experience: relevant contract / legal experience preferred
  • Skills: Legal drafting, stakeholder management, contract lifecycle understanding, communication, and tool proficiency.

The ideal candidate should have relevant contract/ legal experience and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor of Law degree is required. Knowledge of contract management tools is also essential.
