
Legal Agreements Negotiator

At a dynamic and fast-paced legal team, the Agreement Negotiator plays a pivotal role in streamlining legal review of commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will draft and negotiate commercial contracts according to internal guidelines and utilize the legal contracts playbook. They will also solve contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company itself.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as NDAs, statements of work, master agreements, and data privacy agreements.
- Solving contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally within the company itself.
A successful Agreement Negotiator will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- A university-level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years' experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with directly customers or vendors.
- Training or education in law, paralegal skills, negotiation, or legal writing, including IAACM or similar certification required.
- Familiarity with media organizations desirable.
- Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
