Job Description
Oversee Targeting ProcessesA key member of the global Medscape Professional business, the Audience Targeting Program Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end targeting processes.
This role serves as the primary source of audience segmentation insights for marketing and other internal teams.
Collaboration with marketing, business intelligence, and data teams is essential to ensure accurate and timely audience building and setup for our digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Extract, create, segment, update, and optimize HCP audience lists used in our marketing engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (program marketing, marketing solutions, BI, etc.)
- Build a strong understanding of Medscape's proprietary targeting capabilities, data tools, and product offerings.
Requirements
Key qualifications and experience required:
- 3+ years of experience in data/analytics, CRM analysis, marketing operations, or database marketing.
- Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, YouTrack, or similar tools.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
