About the Job

As a senior healthcare strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leading product development and market planning initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meet with industry experts to stay up-to-date on market trends and changes.

You will also be responsible for brand planning and execution, including:

  • Preparing annual brand plans and segmenting target audiences based on market realities.
  • Ideating marketing deliverables and ensuring they are designed and executed as per plan.
  • Communicating brand plans and execution strategies to sales teams and providing training where needed.

In addition, you will provide sales support, customer relationship management, vendor management, and business planning and continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain market intelligence and competitor knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends and agency reports.
  • Collate feedback from sales teams and generate insights.
  • Meet with industry experts to stay up-to-date on market changes and competitor strategies.
  • Conduct own research to analyze value chain.
  • Attend industry seminars/conferences.
  • Provide market data for annual market share forecasts.
  • Participate in annual budgeting exercises.
  • Prepare annual brand plans for brands.
  • Plan in-clinic and out-clinic activities.
  • Ideate marketing deliverables.
  • Design and execute incentive plans and motivational drives for sales forces.
  • Continuously monitor brand activity and on-ground execution.
  • Presentation of execution updates to Marketing heads.
  • Provide ongoing customer and market insights to RDPM during development processes.
  • Recommend product pricing based on market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Science Graduate.
  • Mandatory qualification: Management Graduate.
  • Minimum years of experience: 3+ years as Product Manager in Product Management Teams.
  • Industry: Pharmaceuticals only.
