Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the financial strategy for renewable energy projects, encompassing capital structuring and fundraising through equity and debt instruments.
  • Nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations, maintaining a high level of corporate governance.
  • Present comprehensive financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with strong background in project finance and renewable energy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement effective financial solutions.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience using tools such as Excel and financial software.
