Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will lead data aggregation projects from inception to delivery, developing and maintaining robust data management and reporting systems. They will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including specialty pharmacies, hubs, distributors, and 3PLs, while effectively managing client relationships and communicating project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data aggregation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain and develop data management and reporting systems, leveraging technical expertise to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and optimize customer experiences.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and expectations through effective communication and project management.

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in data management and analytics, preferably in patient or payer data management solutions.
  • Strong Python coding skills, with emphasis on expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867).
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims).
  • Ability to work in an international matrix environment.
