Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to support our team in generating high-quality service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients and enhancing our culture of innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our global regions on the rollout of internal systems, capturing data and sharing knowledge across projects.

  • Assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
  • Upkeeping construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Managing large amounts of data in Excel
  • Collaborating with estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
  • Contributing to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data
  • Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management
  • Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
