Data Management Specialist

The core objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations for the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring native user data is aggregated to Onecert and processes/procedures are followed without deviations.
  • Maintaining data quality through monitoring activities to ensure monthly metrics are achieved.
  • Frequently refreshing user data to Onecert, adhering to defined timelines.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading user lists to Onecert.
  • Fulfilling requests from stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implementing Onecert catalogue changes in response to Security Access Matrix request modifications.
  • Collaborating with external teams to source user lists and mitigate IAM process risks.
  • Supporting IAM leaders to enhance and maintain IAM processes.

Regulatory Compliance and Business Conduct

  • Demonstrating exemplary conduct and upholding Standard Chartered Bank's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Taking ownership of embedding ethics across the bank, including regulatory and business conduct compliance.
  • Effectively identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Leading the IAM Data Services team to achieve Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Sailpoint certifications.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • Proficiency in English language.
