Job Title: Customer Support Associate
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. This role involves working closely with internal teams, learners, and external partners to ensure seamless program execution.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting program execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing learner onboarding and engagement, collecting and analyzing program data, and resolving learner queries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in program coordination or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
