Job Description:

As a Qualified Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for leading our financial reporting and compliance efforts. You will prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS, ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

You will also lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions, analyze financial performance, and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Furthermore, you will interpret and implement new accounting standards, provide guidance on complex accounting issues, and support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IND AS, IFRS, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
