Leasing Specialist – Commercial Spaces

**Marketing and Leasing Professional Opportunity**
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in promoting and leasing commercial spaces.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting godown/warehouse rental services through integrated online and offline marketing strategies.
- Identifying potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce companies, etc.) and generating qualified leads.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Coordinating with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
- Creating and managing listings on property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, IndiaMART, etc.).
- Running digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO) to boost visibility and reach.
- Attending trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups to generate new leads.
- Maintaining a database of prospects and updating CRM tools regularly.
- Monitoring competitor activities and sharing market intelligence reports.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and target-driven approach.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
- A valid driving license (for local travel).
