Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to make a significant impact on the company's residential and commercial real estate portfolio.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets. They will coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects.

  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and manage insurance claims
  • Enter lease agreement information & rent schedules in Yardi
  • Communicate with management and tenants regarding billing and lease language
  • Cash flow reporting and analysis
  • Lease administration and tenant relations
  • Tenant year-end reconciliations
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

  • Advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting and financial statements
