Leasing Leader

Job Role:

As a liaison between personnel, tenants, stakeholders and municipalities, you will negotiate, organize, track, and support leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate leasing-related activities from inception to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.
  • Liaise with personnel, tenants, stakeholders, and municipalities to negotiate, organize, track, and support leasing processes.
  • Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing operations team according to organizational policies and standards.
  • Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
  • Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the leasing operations team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor trends for competition in the market.
  • Network with key stakeholders and industry professionals.
  • Conduct business development efforts to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • PGDM/MBA degree.
  • Certification in retail leasing (optional).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience.
