Dayforce Workforce Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in volume forecasting, advanced scheduling, and workload planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Volume Forecasting: Lead the development of volume forecasting strategies using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
  • Advanced Scheduling: Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Workload Planning: Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Support and Training: Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, as well as train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.
