As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by overseeing the certification and compliance activities for our Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning and execution skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Certification and Compliance: Develop and implement certification and compliance strategies for our UAS products, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Study and analyze regulatory drafts, providing feedback and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, quality control, and external agencies.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of professionals, setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) and conducting performance appraisals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Engineering Acumen: A B Tech or M Tech degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliances, and at least 5 years in the UAS industry.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Proven experience in analyzing risks, identifying mitigation plans, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
