Job Role:

  • Facilitate comprehensive security training sessions for employees during onboarding and ongoing engagements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure employees adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, addressing their compliance-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Legal teams to coordinate meetings, compliance walkthroughs, and documentation reviews.
  • Support client assessments, RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires by working closely with subject matter experts.
  • Work with IT and operations to maintain Change Management and Access Control best practices, ensuring they are well-documented and compliant.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, maintaining accurate logs and facilitating communication between teams.
  • Assist in managing internal documentation, including policies, procedures, training materials, and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and communicate relevant implications to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits by organizing evidence, facilitating interviews, and ensuring preparedness.

 

Requirements:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in compliance, data privacy, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to conduct presentations, host sessions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detailed-oriented approach with a proactive and organized mindset.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours to support U.S.-based clients.

 

Priorities:

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
  • Experience with GRC tools, IT controls, or compliance documentation.
  • 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
