Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms to assume the role of Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out basic secretarial compliance tasks including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings).
  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Assist in drafting simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Key Requirements:
  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and provide expert advice on compliance matters. They should also be proficient in maintaining accurate records and databases, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
