US Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned US business development manager to spearhead the growth of our new service business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue expansion in the US market.

Your primary focus will be on identifying high-margin opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You will work closely with our existing client base and leverage your expertise in digital marketing to attract new clients. We are open to exploring various niche services that can achieve excellent margins and scale quickly.

  • You will have direct ownership of the sales/growth process and be held accountable for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
  • You should have experience in identifying higher margin opportunities and helping businesses pivot accordingly.
  • You will independently plan, execute, and build teams that can deliver and partner with businesses, leveraging your proven track record.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, as well as exceptional experience in their industry. A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value. Responsibilities:

  1. Holding direct clients and opportunities in the US.
  2. Owning the sales/growth process and being held responsible for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
  3. Experiencing identifying higher margin opportunities and helping businesses pivot accordingly.
  4. Independently planning, executing, and building teams that could deliver and partner with businesses, leveraging a proven track record.
  5. Target-oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  6. Responsible for building, mentoring, and motivating to create a professional, healthy, and accountable workforce.
  7. Increasing team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.
  8. Well-versed in defining career paths, building leadership, delegating responsibilities, controlling attrition, and ownership and delivery.
  9. A Master's degree in Business Administration is a definite added value.
  10. Very good in analytical, communication, attitudinal, and altitudinal skills, client management, team management, and negotiation skills.
