Senior Associate Customer Success

About the Job:

The role of Senior Associate Customer Success requires a strong liaison between clients and business units. This position manages high-value relationships, ensures client satisfaction, oversees engagement strategies, and supports cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
  • Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in HR tech or advertising technology.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role with high-growth or startup environments.
