Job Role

This role involves developing expertise to address employment and employee relations issues effectively.

  • Developing strong relationships with consultants across the US
  • Providing trusted advice on complex employee relations matters, including terminations and HR policies
  • Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns fairly
  • Designing and implementing data-driven models to improve consultant experiences
  • Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment
  • Handling high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations
  • Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement

  • Strong decision-making and analytical thinking
  • Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management
