Lead Fashion Concept Developer

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement innovative fashion concepts, incorporating global trends and fusion styles.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create seasonal collections that align with brand aesthetics and commercial appeal.
  • Design and develop detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
  • Source and experiment with fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.
  • Evaluate and refine design concepts through fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage analysis to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
  • Work closely with merchandising and production teams for seamless project execution.

Trend & Market Research:

  • Stay updated on the latest global and Indian fashion trends in western and fusion styles.
  • Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation and market growth.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Possess 2–5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
