We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic fashion professional to join our team. As a key player in managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, you will contribute to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designer & Store Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores, coordinate merchandise flow and business operations, ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
  • Business Growth & Brand Development: Drive sales growth for existing brands by creating merchandising strategies, track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through, support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
  • Onboarding & Partnerships: Identify and onboard new designers that align with our vision, negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners, develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements:
  • 6 months of experience in fashion merchandising, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong analytical ability, and keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
