Marketplace Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the expansion of our presence across leading online marketplaces.

  • Strategic Marketplace Onboarding: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies for Pinklay across prominent fashion marketplaces in India and globally.
  • Sales Growth & Optimization: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing actionable plans, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Catalog Management: Ensure accurate, compelling, and optimized product listings that drive visibility and conversions across various platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Design, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships to maximize sales potential.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate insights, and build data-led strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketplace strategies.
  • Compliance & Partnerships: Maintain platform compliance and establish effective relationships with marketplace account managers to stay informed about trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, with ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
