We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to create innovative marketing solutions using their expertise in designing, developing and implementing customized projects within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Customized Solutions

Develop strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive marketing effectiveness by creating tailored solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create Engaging Digital Assets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and improve campaign performance.

Implement Data-Driven Strategies

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud's suite of tools to implement and optimize data-driven marketing strategies that drive business results.

Troubleshoot Technical Issues

Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and troubleshoot technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and updates to ensure optimal utilization of the platform and provide technical expertise to teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field

4-7 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Proficiency in building and managing Journey Builder workflows, Email Studio, and other Marketing Cloud modules.

Strong experience with AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email template development.

Understanding of data management concepts and experience with Audience Builder.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
