Job Title: Transition Manager

Overview:

This role requires a professional with expertise in transition management, focusing on delivering projects within timelines and budgets while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing active transitions, serving as the customer's point of contact, and supporting internal and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple transitions simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our team and customers, addressing queries, decisions, actions, and updates promptly.
  • Support project teams as the first escalation point for internal and customer-related concerns.
  • Drive governance calls and meetings to provide internal and customer updates.
  • Develop and manage training programs for the transitions team.
  • Conduct assessments to determine training needs and participate in their creation.
  • Understand customer business objectives and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Identify and define business cases, develop project plans, and assign resources accordingly.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation to achieve optimal results.
  • Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, retain quality, and improve performance.
  • Responsible for risk management, understanding operational and business risks, and developing mitigation plans.
  • Responsible for maintaining project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis and support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
