ERP Transition Specialist

Join our team of experienced professionals in the field of ERP transitions. As an ERP Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing JD Edwards (JDE) ERP activities during organizational transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, and company spin-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement JDE processes for company separation, including account inactivation, company code closure, and data extraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in Finance Module Configuration:
  • Configure and support modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Handle intercompany settlements, period-end closures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
