Job Title: Project Manager

About the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your project coordination and management skills in an ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in O365 tools.

  • A strong understanding of ERP workstreams, including finance, supply chain, HCM, integrations, and testing cycles.
  • Prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management are essential skills for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Evaluate progress, escalate risks appropriately, and ensure accountability through clear ownership of action items.
  • Sustain effective collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating large-scale ERP implementations.
  • Exposure to global, cross-functional environments.
