Backend Systems Developer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient server-side logic using Python scripting.
  • Design and document APIs and services to support applications.

  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
  • Maintain high code quality through best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Python.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Python frameworks.
  • Experience in designing scalable APIs and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Proficient in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and deploying services in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile teams.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is a plus.
