Job Description
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints through effective problem-solving and negotiation skills, while ensuring adherence to strict banking protocols and compliance guidelines.
  • Handle complex customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure confidentiality standards are maintained to safeguard client information and prevent reputational damage.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO (voice process) with a proven track record of success in handling customer complaints and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Comfortable working in US rotational shifts and adapting to changing schedules as needed.
Requirements
  • Immediate joiners preferred, with the ability to start work immediately without delay.
